Should there be a defective item, delivery of an incorrect item or other issues with the item(s) you received, you may return the item(s) to us as long as the returnable items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their clothing tags intact. Packaging should be intact as well.
Items purchased with discount codes are eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise in the promotions' terms.
Sales items are not exchangeable. If you have purchased our item(s) through a third party, these are not eligible for exchanges.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any request(s) for exchanges. If the issue(s) is validated, a one-for-one exchange of item will be facilitated if there is stock availability, or refund vouchers/codes equivalent to the purchase price will be sent to you via email. There is no cash refund for return orders and delivery fees (if any).
Yes, there is a one-time off exchange policy for wrong size purchases (i.e. customers can only exchange once for a different size), and the items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their clothing tags intact. Packaging should be intact as well.

Prior to the return, please send an email with image(s) of the item(s) and order number to hello@nonome.sg or via our contact form. The return should be done within 15 days from the shipping date (local) and 30 days from shipping date (international).
