Exchange/ Refund Policy

Eligibility of items for exchange

Should there be a defective item, delivery of an incorrect item or other issues with the item(s) you received, you may return the item(s) to us as long as the returnable items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their clothing tags intact. Packaging should be intact as well. Items purchased with discount codes are eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise in the promotions' terms.

Sales items are not exchangeable. If you have purchased our item(s) through a third party, these are not eligible for exchanges. 

 

Procedure for requests of item exchange / refunds

Prior to the return of items, please send an email with image(s) of the item(s) and order number to hello@nonome.sg or via our contact form and share with us your reasons for requesting an item exchange / refund.

For item exchange requests, the return of item should be done within 15 days from the shipping date (local) and 30 days from shipping date (international). Please also use a tracked mode of delivery for your return of item(s), as we are not liable for any unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage. Customers are liable for their own delivery fees.

 

Exchange/ Refund Policy

We reserve the right to accept or reject any request(s) for exchanges and/or refunds. If the issue(s) is validated, a one-for-one exchange of item will be facilitated if there is stock availability, or refund vouchers/codes equivalent to the purchase price will be sent to you via email. There is no cash refund for return orders and delivery fees (if any).
